Order Cancellation

Customers can request an order cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order to received a full refund.
However, if the product has already been shipped, a $25 intercept fee will be charged.
Please note that a transaction fee may be charged based on the payment channels after the product has shipped.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return 

To return an item, you can reach out to us by email at info@mimitakara.com with the following information:

  • Order #
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Reason of your return

Please note, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchanges processes. This includes any of the following return reasons:

  • The customer did not like the item (nothing is physically wrong with the item)
  • Item did not fit (when measurements were given)
  • Customer found a better pricing somewhere else
  • Customer ordered a product by mistake

The shipping return cost may be paid by Mimitakara if the product falls under any of the return reasons:

  • Items are defective or not working
  • Items do not match the description or photo
  • Wrong items shipped
  • Missing parts and pieces
  • Product arrived damaged

Shipping Your Return to Mimitakara

If your return is accepted, you will be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which is required to process your return.

  • We recommend adding tracking and insurance to your return shipment. We can’t be responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier, so make sure you’re covered. It’s cheap and worth it.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
