Yes! It’s completely free! There are no membership fees or hidden costs. It’s just our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer.
You can earn points in a variety of ways, including making purchases, following Mimitakara on social media, submitting product reviews, referring friends, and more. The more points you earn, the higher your loyalty tier, which unlocks additional rewards and benefits. Best of all, your points do not expire, so you can save them and redeem them whenever you're ready.
Ensure you are logged into your account, redeem your points for $$ off your purchase with a coupon, and apply the coupon code at checkout. Coupons cannot be combined.
Mimitakara Rewards and promo codes cannot be combined.
No, once you reach a tier, you do not lose status when you redeem points and fall below the tier threshold.
Your tier will expire 12 months after it is reached if you do not earn the respective amount of points. For example, if you reach the Platinum Tier on December 29th, 2023, you have until December 29th, 2024, to spend a minimum of $500 to maintain your status.
If you make a return, the points you earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.
At this time all members get free shipping within the U.S. only.
There is no limit on how many reviews members can leave, but they can only earn points once for each product. If they purchase multiple products, they are encouraged to leave reviews for all the products they purchased to earn points for each.
You can expect to see points added to your account within 10 business days of purchasing or submitting your receipt.
