The hearing aids seem to work fine in some situations and not so well in others

The hearing aids seem to work fine in some situations and not so well in others. One on one conversations and watching TV seem to be improved. In loud groups the amplification of the background noise seems to drowned out any direct conversations. Also, the left hearing aid does not seem to charge consistently and dies before the right one. Don't know if it's the hearing aid or the charging case. Because of this problem I have not been able to evaluate the aids to my satisfaction. My refund period only has a few days left so I may have to return the aids. Please send a replacement left unit and/or a replacement charging case and extend the refund period by another 30 days or issue an authorization to return the aids. PS: I'm also evaluating the Apple AirPods Pro 2 and in some situations your aids seem to work better. Thanks...

Good Ear Amplifiers s with "Sensor" Volume Controls

The only concern for me, the volume controls aren't buttons but sensors, you touch the bud and hold it there (don't just tap), then after a second the volume changes. I was tapping and tapping, nothing happened, then I realized you hold the finger there for the volume to change. They work well as amplifiers, they stay in the ears okay, they fit comfortably. Be sure to charge them before the first use.

Reliable design & discrete

It may take a little time to use the tap settings from your own memory but once you do this product can be quite easy to use. They produce the noise cancellation is quite superior as it clarifies the spoken audio while also letting musical type audio come through with a high defining quality. They also stay in place quite well for me which I’ve had difficulty with many other types. Overall these are really decent for being discrete and on a budget.

Perfect gift for seniors! highly recommended!

This was the best gift for my grandma so far. She found them very easy to operate. With their automatic on/off feature, they are simple to use, and the volume adjustment is quite self-explanatory. She loves the comfortable fit and, of course, hearing much better while watching her favorite TV shows. An excellent gift for seniors who need hearing assistance.

Convenient to Use and Not Pricey

These hearing aids have brought my daily conversations to a whole new level. It allows me to have a clear conversation while removing some of the background noises. They are extremely small and resemble wireless earbuds, so I felt very comfortable while wearing them in public. The battery lasts for my entire work time and I find it convenient to use.
