We understand that accidents can happen, whether it’s misplacing one side of your hearing aids or accidentally dropping them too hard. To address these situations, we’re delighted to introduce the Mimirakara Extended Protection Plan. This protection program offers our valued customers the opportunity to replace their products. Please note that a service charge will apply. 

Please be advised that an accompanying extended protection plan should be purchased within 60 days of your purchase of a hearing aid device. The extended protection period will start the day after you purchase the device, not the extension plan.

During the protection period, customers who lose or damage their products will be able to receive a new device for a small service fee, with no questions asked. To initiate the process, simply reach out to us either by phone at (949) 695-7681 or via email at protection@mimitakara.com. In your communication, please provide details about the incident and information related to the account used for the purchase. *Limited to one replacement opportunity per 12-month of the extended protection plan.

We also understand that your needs may change, and instead of simply replacing your device due to loss or damage, you may prefer the option to select a different model as a replacement. We are pleased to provide you with the flexibility to choose an alternative model that suits your needs.
