Most products purchased through Mimitakara enjoy a 30-day money back guarantee and a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers all product defects under normal use. The Mimitakara Extended Accidental and Lost Protection plan goes beyond these guarantees.
For a specified time after your purchase of a bluetooth hearing aid and an accompanying extended protection plan, you will have the option to replace your device once a year, no questions asked. Please note that a small service fee will apply. Details on the length of the protection plan and pricing is presented below.

**Please be advised that an accompanying extended protection plan should be purchased within 60 days of your purchase of a hearing aid device. The extended protection period will start the day after you purchase the device, not the extension plan.
Replacement Pricing for Different Models:
If, for any reason, you would like to replace your device with a newer, different model, we are also delighted to assist you in that decision. We understand that people’s needs change, and we want to accommodate your needs as best we can. Below is the rule for replacement pricing, applicable to people who have purchased and are still protected under our extended protection plan.
- If the replacement model is more expensive than the original model, the replacement cost will be 20% off from the new device’s listed price (effectively a 20% discount).
- If the replacement model is the same price or cheaper than the original model, the service charge will be 50% off from the listed price (Effectively a 50% discount).

How to Buy
- Purchase a protection plan along with your product on the Mimitakara website.
- Purchase the protection plan for your product within 60 days of your purchase of a qualifying Mimitakara product.
