Which products are covered?
All Mimitakara Hearing Aids & accessories purchased from the Mimitakara website are covered. Just keep in mind that returned products must be in usable and resellable condition with all the accessories. We also cannot accept items damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
How does it work?
It’s very simple, a return order can be initiated via email contact to firstname.lastname@example.org. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued, which is required before you send the product back to us. In this way, we can quickly process your request for exchange/refund. Please take note that shipping fees to send the product back to us will be paid by the customer.
How long until I receive my refund or replacement?
Refunds: After the successful verification of the product and the accessories we’ll refund you the product price, which is the total amount of your order minus shipping costs. Please allow 5 ~ 7 business days from the time we receive your return to process your refund. If we have your email address on file, we will notify you via email once we receive your return and the refund has been processed.
Replacements: Once we have received your return, please allow us 3 ~ 5 business days to process and send out your replacement product. We will send you an email confirmation when we receive your return as well as when we send your replacement shipment if we have your email address on file.
