How to maintain your hearing aid
Please keep your hearing aid as dry and clean as possible, as moisture/dampness and foreign objects (such as earwax, ear fluid, etc.) will affect the lifespan and performance of the hearing aid.
- Please use a cleaning brush or soft cloth to clean the stains on the switch, microphone, and battery cover of the hearing aid.
- You should never use water, solvents, cleaning fluids, or cleaning oils to clean your hearing aid.
- If the rechargeable hearing aid is not used for a long time, please charge it regularly every week. If the battery-powered hearing aid is not used for a long time, please remove the battery.
If the hearing aid you purchased comes with a charging box, please store your hearing aid in the charging box and properly keep it in:
– A dry, safe place
– Avoid direct sunlight
– Avoid excessively high or low temperatures
– A place where you can easily find it
– Avoid places where babies and children can reach
